Monthly Sales Statistics
During March, sales of 231 single-family homes and 585 condominiums were reported through the Honolulu Board of Realtors® MLS.
Compared to the previous month,
there was an increase of 14.9%
for single-family homes, and
an increase of 109.7%
for condominiums. Prices for single-family homes and condominiums are
up 6.7%
and
up 2.0%
respectively.
When comparing March's figures to the same month last year, sales volume for single-family homes is
up 4.1%
with prices
up 2.4%.
Condo sales are
up 73.1%,
with prices showing
a rise of 11.2%.
