Monthly Sales Statistics
During June, sales of 285 single-family homes and 396 condominiums were reported through the Honolulu Board of Realtors® MLS.
Compared to the previous month,
there was an increase of 0.4%
for single-family homes, and
an increase of 11.5%
for condominiums. Prices for single-family homes and condominiums are
down 5.1%
and
down 4.0%
respectively.
When comparing June's figures to the same month last year, sales volume for single-family homes is
up 8.4%
with prices
up 0.9%.
Condo sales are
up 38.0%,
with prices showing
a drop of 3.2%.
